You’ll be Doing:

  • Answering phone calls
  • Responding to client’s inquiries
  • Resolving support tickets
  • Recording customer interactions and profile/account changes
  • Providing assistance to other team members
  • Reporting most repetitive cases to superiors
  • Handling chat sessions
  • Escalating cases to other departments when needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent knowledge of English language (written and verbal) – C2 level
  • Good organizational skills
  • Ability of proper business communication with colleagues
  • Ability to empathize
  • Very precise, thoughtful and responsible towards their assignment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Tech savvy
