The ideal candidate hired into this position should have the following competencies and experience:

University or equivalent education in software engineering

3+ years of professional experience

Quality oriented

Strong experience in at least one Object-oriented programming language (C# preferred, C++, Java, etc.)

Working experience in:

Multithreading and threads synchronization mechanisms

In-memory data caching

Memory management
-

Fundamental concepts of the SCADA systems

SCADA protocols (DNP3, ModBus, IEC104, etc.)

Fundamentals of Application Security

Ability to implement automated testing platforms

Good knowledge of SOLID principles, design patterns and test driven development

Agile/SAFe
-
Ability to adopt and learn new technologies

Ability to work as part of a team

Good written and spoken English

Passion for learning and continuous improvement
