AS TALENT ACQUISITION MANAGER IN NORDEUS, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MANAGING THE FULL RECRUITMENT FUNNEL, CONTINUOUSLY IMPROVING OUR ESTABLISHED TALENT ACQUISITION PROCESSES, INTRODUCING NEW INDUSTRY BEST PRACTICES, AND EDUCATING OUR ENGAGED MANAGERS ON HOW TO ATTRACT AND HIRE TOP TALENT.

Your key responsibilities will include: strategic sourcing, employer branding, higher education recruiting, as well as tracking of predefined talent acquisition targets that support team and company-wide objectives.

What will you do:

  • Develop and implement results-driven annual recruitment strategy, goals and budget
  • Hands-on recruiting — manage a number of required positions
  • Provide expertise on improvement initiatives, market penetration, branding strategies and recruiting initiatives
  • Monitor trends in the gaming and tech industry
  • Establish and maintain relationships with employees, providing them with accurate feedback and training on hiring processes
  • Build and maintain a data-driven Talent Acquisition approach
  • Produce accurate and insightful reports for the Leadership Team and other stakeholders
  • Manage recruitment agencies and vendors maintaining a high level service standard
  • Further develop our hiring strategy and strengthen our employer branding
  • Represent Nordeus at professional events and further grow our network by nourishing robust working relationships within our community
  • Establish and employ relationships with community groups, centers of influence and other candidate sources as needed

What you should have:

  • Full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple functions
  • Proven track record of building and managing a strong and efficient recruitment lifecycle
  • Ability to lead and manage multiple talent acquisition initiatives
  • Advanced sourcing skills and proficiency in using different sourcing channels and methods
  • Strong interviewing, evaluation and personality assessment skills
  • Analytical approach and experience in reporting and presenting
  • Strong communication skills, including consultation, collaboration and influence
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
  • Ability to plan, prioritize and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • English language proficiency

Bonus:

  • Experience in managing Talent Acquisition social media channels
  • Familiarity with the Gaming industry
